RAAD~
worked as flyer distributor again today (serena's lobang), pay is so much better than dbs hah.. it's eight per hour.. this time we did for youth park.. i feel like joining the yellow shirts now.. worked for 7 hrs (act started one hr early but did nth) so got paid 56.. cover yesterday's shopping spree le phew.. we were asked to distribute in heartland areas to bring the crowd over so we set off from somerset to bishan.. maybe cos it was too early, not much people.. went back to youthpark at 1.. was asked to stand in the numbers ha.. just sat there and watched jamie yeo host, eunise olsen and maia lee perform.. not bad la, but people there really pathetic. . we kept going out to pull people in and sitting there to increase the volume of applause and support for all those that perform.. not bad la, paid to enjoy performance eat their food and drink.. felicia still won the lucky draw~! $250 bucks.. so lucky, that's more than my 2 weeks of dbs pay.. quite tired now, gotta rest early.. tml dbs work start earlier than usual.. ciao.

shop shop..
finally pulled myself out of comfort today to shop(gotta get a present for sp), ended up walking round the whole of JE area/IMM.. considered my first attempt at great singapore sale (neighbourhood version ha) i guess, bought quite a number of stuff.. lets have a small summary of what i bought..
1) bright orange top, criss cross behind $9.90 (mum sis says it's nice (^-^))
2) my first black eye pencil $1.20
3) big chandelier earrings $5.90 (ex.. but nice..)
4) my first eye shadow (green and going at 20% sale) $6.80
5) lingerie (ha, not conv to say what) $3.80
6) embossing pen $2
7) bathroom stuff $5.95 ((haha, just realised my great singapore sale trip turn to grocery shopping)
8) present for sp $6.90 - i think he will cry.. haha, i bought him baby winnie the pooh wrist rest.. it may sound like i have no brains but ha, compared to a pig/dog/cow head bean bag wrist rest this is much better.. but still dunno if it's appropriate, maybe he'll be like those that joined the camp on the first day and disappear home after that so he won't get to receive my present ha.. i'll keep it for my own.. it's super cutee.
9) similar one for andy hah oh dear.. dunno if i should give him..
spend quite a sum today, but well, satisfied all shopping bugs.. gotta work hard now to earn them back.. this is prob my last GSS attempt anw, went to the library and borrowed three thick text on programming after all these shopping.. super tiring..

simple work days
ok, my life has been pretty boring these few days.. ha nothing unusual happened.. had a fun weekend with my group one mates in orchard working.. and had another weird ah pek come approaching me to have my fortune told.. As much as i was interested, i rejected him away... er please approach me when i'm more prepared (get ready an ang bao or something).. don't make me regret after that ha.. but my mum says better not know so much - ignorance is bliss-
ya right. haha.. curiousity kills the cat.. i'm the cat.
hrm, will be busy this week with nus stuff.. medical checkup, settling of tuition fee loans, hostel applications etc.. quite alot of stuff to do... next week busy with andy's Cac camp.. packed.. will update then.. (^-^)

haven been out these few days, spent all my time trying to recover from my idiotic cough coupled w bad throat..
and my best entertainment must have been girls-suck.net, it's really funny. Took this classic piece from it's 2000 archive: Simple facts from a guy point of view(how true are they??)..

spent the last three days in bed.. fever kept coming back and throat wouldn't stop hurting... think i hardly ate any substantial food.. no appetite at all.. mum wouldn't allow me to take western med cos they're harmful in the long run.. yes it's true but i dun have time to wait for the chinese med to take effect since i have to work... so ya, had to take day off from work yesterday cos i din feel any better. Mum gave in last night, brought me to doc.. fever at 39.5. Doctor offered me an injection which i rejected haha.. i tot it was not that bad, should be able to go down after some med.. i went home with 5 prescription, one for throat one for fever one for running nose one for cough one antibiotic.. super kua zhang.. my mum also think like wise.. ok partly cos he thinks it might be dengue(jurong has a outbreak recently) i don't think so, my fever's down for a day so far after one dose of everything and now surviving only on the antibiotics.
On personal experience, i think it's better to be out and sweating than lying on the bed the whole day. I pulled myself to work today.. sweat my way through and yes i felt alot better. You can credit it to the antibiotics(still coughing like nuts though) but working out contributes too.
to those who are sick and recovering like me, cheers~!

those who are healthy and jumping, the same old things.. eat less old chang kee, macdonalds kfc, drink more water, eat more fruits. and thank god you're so lucky.

sick..
have been busy these two days with auditions.. suddenly this month christine has alot of assignments.. went to parkway yesterday to audition for a lifestyle commercial, feel awkward talking to the camera.. this is the second audition i did already so the picture taking was ok.. today was even worse.. had another audition for a hair show.. christine made us meet at her office at like 12.30 to practice calkwalk.. i tot it was only for a while but i catwalked for 3 hours.. was already feeling the strain cos i wasn't feeling well.. had a slight fever and bad throat.. head feels heavy the whole day.. we left the office at 3.30 for eunos.. reach around 5 at the company.. was asked some questions and then asked to calkwalk.. the whole audition din last more than 15 mins.. and the journey home was torturous.. maybe it was becos i had a fever that i felt especially cold.. 45 mins train ride felt like forever.
reach home, ate some chin chow for dinner, took two panadols and lozenges and went to bed.
woke up feeling hot and stuffy but fever has subsided.. throat still hurts though.
sigh, i dun like being sick.. makes me feel sad.

sigh
went to the salon today, got my hair dyed for the first time ever.. since my hair was naturally brownish in colour, the stylist actually tot it was a base colour i did recently and recommended only a highlight.. so i was like ok but din really like the idea cos i thought it won't look much different from how it originally is..
in the end.. i don't really think i look like i had a dye.. probably look like i just stood in the sun longer and got my hair more oxidised... sigh, money well spent?
i need comments about my hair.

long day~
good news is that i manage to secure work this week, so at least there's income.. work today was tougher than it was yesterday... we had less breaks cos bryan was kind of uptight today and the weather was really hot..
then during one of those breaks we had, the guys had this session of paper rose making.. hah, find it quite amusing.. it's about the first time i've seen so many guys so interested in this kinda stuff.. kangsheng was the teacher and i think 3 of the guys were picking up the skill.. quite smart though, girls appreciate such little stuff.. and i thought it will be really sweet if a guy would try doing those for you..
ok, digress a little to talk about class outing.. took a train from work to meet fi and co at fish and co... sorry for the phrasing fifi haha.. pork geri kah yee qing yao quek and fidelia was already waiting outside, pork got thinner! now more like lean pork haha, quek got darker while both qy and geri are still the same.. all hyper and cute. Since the others were going to be late, we went in first to get our food.. sy, Arif, zes. Char, yuka, jonlin came some time later. Somehow i tot it became quite noisy at some point cos we were like shouting across the table, feels like A12 in class again ha (^-^)
after eating we went to coffee bean for a short talk before heading for home..
dead beat, time for a short nap. wake up for work later. =

maybe my approach is wrong, but my intention was never bad.
Fine since you think they were never needed, just say it to me. Don't have to swear to yourself or any others, cos even if you never meant it they cuts.
I'm probably accepting NUS. We'll go our separate way, i think it hardly matters.
I wasn't planning to be in anyone's life anyway.
