left handball semi match in the middle and went wala wala with chyi, ser and alex as part of chyi's bday celebration yest.. quite an experience.. the female lead singer sang really well and it was total rock for the whole night.. and they are called " The Unexpected".. ha, i was telling ser i prefer E.I.C.. though not many pple like them since they were more main stream.. ordered this compulsory first drink, a mexican beer 'Sol' in replace of corona since they din have it.. quite nice too.. and the stuff weren't as ex as similar bars like hooters? after all that fun, three of us came back to my room to bathe and slept.. the only unbearable thing was that my bag stunk of cigarette smoke still..

woke at 9 for my lessons while the duo continue to slack in my room.. came back after lesson and we went for the bday lunch at Sizzler. Quite nice lei, i like the tuna potato salad, the nachos, the dunno what chicken and dunno what bacon salad too ha.. blue cheese was nice but my caesar salad taste so sweet/salty i can't stop squinting my eyes the whole time i was eating it.. and there was mushroom soup and nice nice toast hot for you.. all included in the set lunch.. i ordered fish and fries which i couldn't finish after eating all the sides ha..

rushed back to school to play tabletennis with kevin and yuzheng.. quite fun lei play with them ha, and my backhand actually never handicap alot.. not bad for a beginner..
after tt for two hours, i went on to play basketball with biao ge while he play with his sub club friends.. so nostalgic.. haven touched the ball in a couple of years maybe? glad the touch's still there.. though i think i gonna muscle ache soon hahaa..

in my room now waiting for my dad to fetch me home.. so tired.. overactive baby
today.. ha

IVP Table Tennis 2006

we lost ivp tabletennis in the finals... both guys and girls.. quite a pity.. we played well but i guess the other side was more determined to win, most of the matches were really close. We started at 6.30 and ended at 10.. the matches wEre that long, and we din even play all 5 sets. We finished at the 4th game. Lost 3-1. Guys lost 3-2.. but all were exciting matches, i ran around to watch though i felt a little bit extra.. dinner was at some chicken rice place.. v nice, and dinner was especially entertaining.. laughed till my cheeks hurt becos of jianding.. reached hall near midnight. Have been watching ivp games almost everynight ha. this is crazy.. time to start working hard on school work.
darn, there's still more exciting matches coming up. Temasek vball girls against Eusoff tml. Later i mean. Support us!

deep thoughts..

realised that one can get really melancholic when you're alone.. i stood at the far end of my corridor just now.. watching nth at the unearthly hours... yet there's this sudden gush of emotions around.. makes one feel so alone its scary.. i stood and stoned.. staring right into the green backyard of eusoff's resident fellow.. and there was nth passing through my head.. just blank blank and more blanks.. read my fren's blog just now.. another sad piece about relationship.. i find it hard sometimes to envision the problems that can occur and make the end come as fast as the beginning did.. maybe these are things i wouldn't understand since i was nv in a relationship before..


and.. the heart gets tired.

vball-ing!

after tabletennis hustle's over, i'm back to playing vball again! haa.. so fun, k i din really play.. i serve for a full 2 hours today after we came back from ihg games.. won KE 2-0.. now my shoulder pain.. haa.. and while we were training, wei ling kaiwen and yao min were playing handball.. looks fun! i wan to learn also.. ha.. next year if i'm still staying hall i dun wan to play pingpong liao, i wanna learn handball.. den train up my netball basketball squash and vball skills.. ay i need a better paid job!! staying in hall is so expensive..

anw, new year! so i had some furniture moved around... ha.. got my bed near my table and hanged up renzhi's prezzie at my door.. really nice gift! he make 20 cranes for me.. hanging down from this precious moment letter V (virtuous written on it.. haha) nice.. and i bought a new skirt from bugis plus two hawaiian slippers =)

Basketball Guys: Temasek Vs Sheares

just came back from watching the finals between temasek and sheares.. exciting game it was, bandar played really well.. but we lost some 8-9 points in the end.. its so sad!! and i don't really like sheares' alan eeks yucks phui plat bleaRgH.. maybe cos i prefer pple to be more modest.. and this adds on to the fact that i hate competitions.. it does make people feel like shit when you couldn't play as you always do.. and that feeling doesn't go away..

but well, we'll be back. New faces, new blood, new drive. Good luck all.

got home today and found this in my drawer while tidying.. it's a 20-30 page long personality report i took in august 2003. The school made this compulsory for all people under the "stars" program.. meaning people who came in by sports appeal. =.=

first week of school

first week of school's over! everything passed so quickly.. since i only have lectures on tue wed and fri, this is a short week for me when tue's a public hol. And it doesn't help that i'm having trouble understanding my first few lectures of 1102 and 1104.. trouble... spent thursday rotting in my room, bg came in the morning to rot too since his class only starts at 4.. we spent the afternoon playing scrabble.. haha, now i'm addicted! ok, not so much now.. after playing we went over to business for late lunch.. and i saw my eyecandy! hahahz, quite funny.. the only time i turn my head around i saw a familiar face.. but i'm not obbessed ok, it's fun to have something gossipy to talk about sometimes..

had a long day today too.. 4 hrs of lecture before going down to ngee ann to support ivp team.. saw kiat lee! zillion years since i last saw him.. and i still remembered the last thing i said to him was "Yao bao bao ma?" (wanna hug?) cos he couldn't stay in jc.. gonna go back to m`sia and wait for poly den all the guys were hugging him.. ha.. so i said it jokingly.. think he got a shock too, and sanduo who was beside him went on to say

"like that, i also want!"
"wan what?"
"got hug lei"
"got ar? come la!" * tries to force himself on sd*

hahah.. laugh until i wan to die..

if only everyday was like that.. (i don't mean hugging pple).. laughing my day away (^-^)

i'm turning into a blur-rey sotong.. moved back to hall on today since i had no lectures.. went to eat with mum dad at arts canteen den moved my stuff to hall.. had like 5 big bags.. after moving everything up to my room i realised i left my basketful of toiletries at home..

me: wah shit, ma i forget to bring my bathing stuff
mum: is it, gan xi lor (dry clean)
me: -.-

went back with them on the car, my dad was like -.-!! he drop me and mum off at our house before going for work..

this time i took all the stuff i need and took a cab down myself.. (it was raining)

unpack bits and went for training, after training continue to unpack.. ready to go to bed den realise i din bring my blanket along!!!! =.= i dunno why i can rem to take pillow and bolster but not my blanket... i realise if you're in bad luck it goes all the way, i walked over to ivan's place to return him glue and on the way back my shoe broke. Argh. second slippers in 3 day! i broke the other one when i was out with a5b...

den at this time my mum called.

mum: what you doing? pack le not.
me: ya...... er i forget bring blanket
mum: =.=...............................................................................
me: heh
mum: wan to come home sleep not?
me: if you fetch den i go home sleep lor.. ha

reach home 2345 in comfort of blankets (^-^)

so much for a day...

03a5b outing cum bday celebration

had a happy bday celebration with my class! they did so much nice stuff for me.. treat me to cafe cartel even though i insisted to pay.. bought a cake for me and have a blast celebration at suntec fountain of youth.. i even had a happening security guard dancing his way for me ha.. there was this nice laser dedication too! "to jie ying from the crazy class of 03a5b.. =)"

and i met the 'guy' of the day! ha.. while the class sang me a bday song, he came hoping by to share the joy and cut the cake together with me.. before leaving with a piece of cake, he gave me one big muack on the cheek. ha, so sweet. =)

ihg 2006

we lost first match to kr. shan't give excuses, i played badly and lost my doubles. I foresee this as the worst captainship ever. The captain's the worst player in the whole team.. so thanks to me we gotta play eusoff in the semis.. and I'm so in a rotten mood.. i'm so sick i can't wait for this whole ihg thing to be over and done with.. with acceptable results of course. Just praying for a miracle.. or can someone give me a bottle of felix.. i could never be happier with a life of no competition and stress.. so glad i made the choice not to play ivp.. just be contented with trainings.. i hate living up to anyone's expectation. esp when i get jiggles during competition.

went to work at guowei's club today.. 10 hours staring into space.. luckily i had li ling and zhu mu two coaches there to talk to me... else i'll just knock out.

so tired. training tml.

i wish i could write more cheerful stuff den this.
